It's been a few weeks since I last made an entry on my blog, basically because I have been so busy. I never seem to have any time for doing what I want to do, only what I have to do, and they are not necessarily the same thing! What I want to do is a lot more cycling, I am keeping up the exercise, I do Zumba 2 - 5 nights a week depending on what time I get finished work. I have been managing to get a bit of horse riding in, but I feel so tired in the evening I haven't sat my bum on a bike since I was on holiday and hurt my leg 3 weeks ago, and I am feeling really guilty, I should be out on it just now but am waiting on someone to book in for B&B, then I have to wash a cut on my horse, then take her to the field, by that time it will be about dark!!!! I can't even cycle to work, coz I live where I work and usually end up grabbing only about 15 minutes to eat my lunch, so no time there either!!
So the plan for this week is - Prioritize, schedule in cycle time and get to bed earlier instead of falling asleep on the sofa like I usually do.
